Patrick Bell

With over 20 years of experience, either working for or investigating governments at all levels, Dr. Patrick Bell is a specialist in comparative public administration and political methodology. Using a triangulated approach, Dr. Bell’s research involves applying novel quantitative methodologies such as social network analysis to complex political phenomena including corruption, disaster management and protest movements. Dr. Bell has presented his research at the American Political Science Association, in various international fora in Western and Eastern Europe and in regional media in Eastern Europe. His current research projects include investigating the effect of social media and asymmetric information operations on conflicts in Eastern Europe including the ongoing crisis in Ukraine.
