Child Rights in the European Union Between International Norms and National Jurisdiction: The Case of Child Marriages

While child rights have become more prominent in international law & relations, there are still issues remaining with protecting minors. One major issue, child marriages are still allowed in many European countries and elsewhere. Prof Hamann's research highlights the complexities of finding an EU-wide solution to impede child marriages in EU member states and abroad.
