“Workshop on EU US Research and Innovation Collaboration:
Opportunities through Horizon 2020”

Participants will be
- University community members (researchers, faculty, research administrators, and students) who are interested in establishing or increasing European collaborations and
- Private companies/SMEs who are interested in participating in Horizon 2020 and in tech transfer between the U.S. and the EU
At this occasion, the newly launched NearUS project – Network of Centres for European Research and Innovation in the US, a 4-year project funded by the European Commission will be presented. NearUS will establish a Network of Centres for European Research and Innovation as central contact point for support to EU research and innovation actors (start-ups, SMEs, universities…) seeking collaboration with and in the United States.
