Since the start of the war in Ukraine, 515,00 refugees have entered Moldova with almost 90,000 staying in the country. In this presentation, Dr. Steven D. Roper, Professor, Department of Political Science, Florida Atlantic University, analyzes the results of his research on the European Union assistance for managing Ukrainian Refugees at the Border of Moldova, and its jurisdictional and operational challenges.
