During one Day, the Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, along with the City of Miami, and the Frost Science Museum, are organizing "The Dutch Wave Environmental Festival" at Peacock Park in Coconut Grove, and call attention to the problem of plastic waste. #DutchWave

The Dutch Wave Environmental Festival is the Miami Consulate’s kick-off event of the Netherlands Presidency of the European Union. The Netherlands holds the rotating presidency of the EU until June 30, 2016. During its EU Presidency, the Netherlands will lead the focus of the EU agenda on climate and energy policy, international security and migration, and innovation.
