Among many elections this year, the US elections might be the most important one, not only for the US, but also for Europe's security, economy and international role. No matter which of the two very different candidates wins, European states and the EU have to adjust to the US' new leadership and foreign policies. To better understand these challenges, Prof. Alana Moceri from IE University in Madrid, and Prof. Thiel from FIU, will discuss how the US elections have been received in Europe, and how they might shape the transatlantic relationship in the future.
