MEUCE/Consulate General of France: "Dis-moi Dix Mots" contest 2013
French language and Francophonie week
Dis-Moi Dix Mots, Semés au Loin
2013 Edition
The French language and Francophonie Week is organized every year around March 20th, which is International Francophonie Day. It is a major event for all the word lovers in France, as well as abroad, and a great occasion to show one’s attachment to the French language by celebrating its richness and diversity.
The purpose of the “Dis-moi dix mots” event, which runs from September to June, is to invite everybody to play and express themselves with ten words in either a literary or artistic form. These ten words are chosen every year by numerous francophone partners: France, Belgium, Quebec, Switzerland, and the International Organization of la Francophonie (constituted by 75 states and governments around the world). www.dismoidixmots.culture.fr
A contest for students

The Cultural Services Department of the Consulate General of France in Miami, along with the Consulate General of the Republic of Haiti in Miami, in partnership with the Little Haiti Cultural Center and the Haitian Cultural Arts Alliance, organizes in 2013 a similar local contest for non-native French speaking university students.
