BILAT USA 4-0 participates in INORMS conference and makes a presentation titled Best practices in communicating and dealing with a U.S. federal agency from proposal to closeout

A high-level overview of the US federal funding landscape and explanation of the agencies, divisions and directorates that support research. Participants will learn how to search for funding opportunities, locate contact information for the various agencies and how to develop relationships with program and contract officers. Participants will be informally surveyed about their current funding from the US and will receive suggestions for new opportunities to pursue. Interactive application tips and other resources may be described if time or session type allows. Participants will have a better understanding of the tools and resources developed by the BILAT USA 4.0 project which is supported by funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 692468.
