Ms. Arancha González Laya, Dean, Sciences Po, Paris School of International Affairs, and former Spain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs was the keynote speaker at the Miami-Florida Jean Monnet Center of Excellence two-day conference on “Approaches to Migration, Asylum, and Race in Europe and Beyond.” She addressed "Europe's quest for secure, safe, and sustainable migration compact based on shared values."
